Three Cheers for 3MT Finalist Dr Shields

The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) is a fast-paced and engaging competition that celebrates the remarkable research undertaken by graduate researchers. The inaugural MDHS 3MT Final will bring together the most effective communicators from School and Institute heats to compete for prizes, prestige, and one of three coveted places in the University of Melbourne 3MT Grand Final.

Congratulations to Dr Stephanie Shields, who reached the MDHS 3MT competition finals on 12 August with her captivating presentation, Birthmarks that Bite. Stephanie represented the Melbourne Dental School brilliantly, tackling the challenge of distilling complex research into a compelling three-minute talk.
