Grant Success! MDHS Learning and Teaching Initiative Grants 2024

We are thrilled to announce that A/Prof Khaled Ahmed and his research team have been awarded $20,000 through the MDHS Learning and Teaching Initiative Grants. This year’s competitive grants scheme received a record 80 applications, with only a 29% success rate.

The funding will support a multidisciplinary project that explores the clinical reasoning of artificial intelligence Large Language Models in dentistry, optometry, and audiology.
