Celebrating Our Award Winners at the IADR Cairns Conference!

Fantastic news from the IADR Cairns conference! Our academic staff have brought home not 1, but 3 prestigious awards!

IADR Cairns MDS Award Winners

  1. Bree Jones: Senior Division Colgate Hatton Poster Competition Winner.  By securing first place, Bree will now represent Australia at the Hatton Competition during the General Session at IADR in Barcelona in 2025.
  2. Prof Michael McCullough: Alan Docking IADR Science Award, recognising distinguished research in dentistry.
  3. Dr Leanne Teoh: IADR ANZ Division Investigator Award in Preventive and Community Dentistry, awarded for excellence in early-career research in Preventive and Community Dentistry.

Well done to our academics and PhD students who attended the IADR Cairns conference! A special mention goes to Luke Yimin Lu, our Junior Category Colgate Poster Competition participant, who did exceptionally well.
