Advancing Oral Cancer Diagnostics on the Global Stage
Associate Professor Antonio Celentano presented at the 10th International Academy of Oral Oncology (IAOO) Conference in Liverpool, UK.
He was honoured to be invited to present our latest work: “Enabling diagnostics for live non-invasive and longitudinal in vivo oral virtual bioimaging in mice”

The study showcases a powerful imaging technique using confocal fluorescence endomicroscopy (ViewnVivo) with topical agents (Parpi-FL, acriflavine) to non-invasively detect early OSCC at the cellular level—paving the way for faster translation to human diagnostics while reducing the need for animal sacrifice.
