Paeds DCD Graduate Amanda Leske Won 2nd Place in 2023 IADT Case Report Competition
Amanda Leske, one of our 2021 Paeds DCD Graduates, has received 2nd prize in the 2023 IADT Case Report competition, for a case which she completed as DCD student.
Amanda won the place for her outstanding contribution titled "Successful Vital Pulp Therapy in a Child Two Years Since Untreated Complicated Crown Fracture: A Case Report with Twenty-Four-Month Follow-up," which she completed as a DCD student. The competition received many excellent entries, and each one was independently scored by international experts.
As a result of her achievement, Amanda Leske was awarded $250 USD. She is currently serving as the lead dentist at the Bendigo public dental service, in addition to running her own successful private pediatric practice.
